Personnel, materials, and resources are reserved exclusively. Cancellation after booking is not possible (§ 312g Abs. 2 BGB / EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). The installation date is scheduled once after booking and is only available within the specified season. This also applies if performance cannot be carried out for reasons attributable to the customer, including lack of cooperation or unavailability at the scheduled time.
