The BIMdepot drinking water test kit enables professional sampling and laboratory analysis of drinking water at one defined sample-taking point. Samples are collected in certified containers and sent to an accredited laboratory for analysis and evaluation. The results provide a reliable basis for assessing water quality and potential contamination from chemical or biological parameters. BIMdepot contact and swab sampling set for surface analysis professionals: Includes 5 round agar plates in Petri dishes and 5 swabs for surface sampling – ideal for air filters, condensate trays, interior walls, air-handling components, food areas, or refrigeration units. Sample evaluation and report generation (e.g. according to VDI 6022, HACCP, or GMP) are not included and are the responsibility of the user. Swabs are recommended for hard-to-reach or uneven surfaces. Note: More than 5 samples require additional kits. Microbial and bacterial analysis On TTC agar, most bacteria grow as red colonies – some fungi and yeasts may also appear. Colorless colonies are also counted. The key factor is Colony Forming Units (CFU), not colony size. At high contamination levels, the surface may appear uniformly colored or colorless due to heavy growth. Comparison with a fresh medium helps avoid misinterpretation. Reference values: < 10⁴ CFU/ml = low contamination 10⁴ – 10⁶ CFU/ml = moderate contamination > 10⁶ CFU/ml = high, unacceptable contamination Important notes This analysis kit does not include PPE, on-site sampling, or services. Transport, consulting, action planning & result interpretation are booked separately. Coordinated or extended deployments require separate booking. If our staff is required on site, please also book the corresponding accommodation costs together with other BIM packages. Choose according to the defined location This accommodation package is valid for one person. It is provided as part of BIM Facility Management, BIMcare™, BIMservice™ or BIM-Management depending on route planning, seasonal requirements or urgency. Please note that this package must be booked on a daily basis and in line with the order: In the event of deviations, subsequent bookings are required before the contract is concluded, as no one should sleep on the street and we attach great importance to an optimal working atmosphere. If the employees work more than 4 days per week, overnight accommodation must be booked according to the daily flat rate, including at weekends. If the duration of the business trip or the travel times are not sufficient, weekends must be considered as standby time, but must be booked separately by the customer and at their own expense.
