Commissioning package for air conditioning systems purchased from Coolenvi

This commissioning package is exclusively intended for air conditioning systems purchased from Coolenvi. It includes the service of a technician from our service centre to carry out the commissioning in accordance with the following scope of services. The package includes one delivery trip including return journey for delivery of the equipment to the kerbside, as well as a separate round trip on the following day for commissioning. The installation of the air conditioning system must be carried out by a licensed specialist company appointed by you and documented accordingly, which also assumes responsibility for the installation warranty. Without this documentation, we cannot deliver the air conditioning system or carry out the commissioning. In this case, we reserve the right to postpone the delivery and store the equipment subject to a storage fee of 10% of the equipment purchase price.

Scope of the commissioning package together with new Coolenvi air conditioning systems

Technician service: 1 technician for a total duration of up to 2 hours
Delivery of air conditioning systems: Up to 100 km one-way distance included
Travel for commissioning: On the following day up to 100 km one-way distance included
Accommodation: Included from the delivery day until the following day, if required once
Unloading and handover: Delivery of the air conditioning systems to the kerbside; transport into the building is carried out by the documented licensed specialist company.
Commissioning: Connection or visual inspection of the prepared refrigerant pipes with ready-to-connect flare connections. Connection of electrical cables between indoor and outdoor units as well as from the service switch. Afterwards, leak testing, evacuation of the system and final functional testing are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. These tasks are carried out exclusively by our technician.

Note: This package is part of our complete service for air conditioning systems purchased from Coolenvi. For systems purchased from other suppliers, different requirements apply and additional costs for travel, inspections and additional services may arise.

Have you not purchased your air conditioning system from Coolenvi?

We can also commission air conditioning systems that were not purchased from Coolenvi. The following requirements must be met:

the air conditioning system must be fully installed,
the installation must comply with the manufacturer's specifications,
the installation must have been carried out by a licensed specialist company,
photos of the installation, rating plates and system data must be provided for review.

Before scheduling an appointment, we check the installation based on your documents, photos and – if required – additional technical information. For systems purchased from other suppliers, travel costs as well as any additional inspection or labour requirements must be booked separately in advance.

If the specialist company commissioned by you refuses the installation at short notice or if no suitable specialist company is available, we can carry out the installation by prior agreement for an additional charge. This service is voluntary, does not include any warranty, is not part of the commissioning package and must be ordered separately.

Returns and right of withdrawal

As the supplied air conditioning systems are individually configured products, returns or refunds are excluded in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. If the required documentation from a licensed specialist company is not provided, delivery will be suspended until the documentation is submitted or the equipment will be stored at the customer's request subject to additional charges. Commissioning will only be carried out after successful verification of the installation and compliance with applicable safety and manufacturer requirements. We reserve the right to refuse commissioning if safety defects, violations of manufacturer specifications or applicable regulations are identified.

Customers are required to provide proof of a licensed specialist company before delivery or commissioning. Delivery and subsequent commissioning by our technician will only take place after successful verification.

Commissioning is carried out exclusively by our technician in accordance with the German Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance (ChemKlimaschutzV) and Regulation (EU) 2024/573. The actual installation and assembly of the air conditioning system remain the responsibility of the licensed specialist company appointed by you.
