What does 48plus cover?

The 48plus package protects your indoor unit against technical defects and malfunctions occurring under normal use. Coverage requires complete and accurate documentation of BIMcare™ maintenance. Damages due to improper use or external influences are excluded.


What is not covered?

Damages outside of normal operation or caused by third parties are excluded. Examples:

  • Storm and weather damage, lightning strikes, power surges or voltage fluctuations
  • Damage due to missing or incomplete maintenance or missing chemical protection documentation
  • Interventions by third parties, unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Property damage caused by people, vehicles, or other external influences
  • Overloading the system through permanently open windows, incorrectly set climate parameters, or atypically high heat/cooling loads
  • Devices without an active 48plus and BIMcare package

BIMcare™ considers maintenance as a continuous process: Our technicians check your system for wear or visible fault causes and provide a clear action plan. On request, we perform necessary repairs or replacements professionally, ensuring your warranty remains valid and the system operates reliably.

How do I order a digital maintenance contract? New maintenance orders can be placed at any time. What services are included? Depending on the system type, maintenance takes place at fixed, seasonally optimal times.
