Germ and Bacteria Analysis
Most bacteria grow as red colonies on TTC agar – occasionally fungi and yeasts also grow. Colorless colonies are also included in the analysis. The decisive factor is the colony-forming units (CFU), not their size. If the bacterial count is high, the coating may appear uniformly colored or colorless if there is a high level of growth. This accommodation package is valid for one person. It is provided as part of BIM Facility Management, BIMcare™, BIMservice™ or BIM-Management depending on route planning, seasonal requirements or urgency. Please note that this package must be booked on a daily basis and in line with the order:
In the event of deviations, subsequent bookings are required before the contract is concluded, as no one should sleep on the street and we attach great importance to an optimal working atmosphere.
If the employees work more than 4 days per week, overnight accommodation must be booked according to the daily flat rate, including at weekends.
If the duration of the business trip or the travel times are not sufficient, weekends must be considered as standby time, but must be booked separately by the customer and at their own expense.

Drinking Water Analysis Options
Our professionals use the provided sampling kit, collect the water sample according to applicable standards, and send it to our certified laboratory for analysis.
Option 1: Chemical and/or biological laboratory analysis
Our specialists use the kit for professional sampling.
The sample is sent to a certified laboratory.
Analysis options:
Chemical parameters mg/l : Lead (Pb), Nickel (Ni), Copper (Cu).
Biological parameters KBE/ml : Coliform bacteria, Intestinale Enterokokken, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Legionella.
Scope of services:
The price includes only the sampling effort of a maximum of 15 minutes at the sampling point, not the transport or any services.

This product is a sampling kit, not a On-site service. The use of our specialists must be booked separately.
The kit does not include transport to the laboratory, consultation, action planning, or explanation of laboratory results.
If longer journeys or stays on factory premises are necessary, a separate booking is required.
