How to order PV maintenance?
- 1. Select contract duration from the dropdown (One-Time, 24, 36, 48, or 48+ months).
- 2. Select system type (LiFePo4 battery, inverter/MPPT, photovoltaic panels).
- 3. Enter the number of systems.
- 4. Add to cart and complete your order.
Systems installed by us start with a 6-month warranty. Extend coverage with 48plus from the invoice date up to 48 months.
Note:
Price applies per unit. Additional maintenance services in the Autumn season can be booked optionally.
What is included in the maintenance?
The service covers scheduled inspections and routine checks. Not included:
- Travel and mobilization costs,
- Spare parts,
- Consumables or small materials,
- Repairs outside scheduled maintenance.
These items are usually provided by your facility manager. Optional bundles may be available in the future.
How do I keep track of my maintenance dates?
Your scheduled maintenance visits are automatically stored in your CAFM system. You can view the planned service month online at any time – no calls and no paperwork.
BIMcare™ considers maintenance as a continuous process: Our technicians check your system for wear or visible fault causes and provide a clear action plan. On request, we perform necessary repairs or replacements professionally, ensuring your warranty remains valid and the system operates reliably.
In short: You will receive access data after ordering BIMcare™ maintenance package.
When is maintenance performed?
Regular maintenance ensures uninterrupted energy production. Ideally carried out between May and October.

Operations are ideally carried out Monday to Thursday (4 days per week) from May to October. Note: This is not an all-in-one package. Costs for repairs, travel, spare parts, consumables, and work materials are usually offered via our Facility Manager or found on BIMpilot™, BIMdepot™, and BIMservice™.

BIMcare™ – Mobility, Tools & Consumables Required
All scheduled maintenance visits require a BIMdepot™ for tools, a mobility component, and the necessary consumable materials. Consumables must be booked by the customer before the visit; without them, the maintenance cannot be performed. Customers without on-site facility managers must select and order the required items from the material categories.
