How do I order a digital maintenance contract?

- Choose the system type, e.g. indoor AC unit
- Enter the number of units
- Extend the warranty with 48plus if desired
BIMcare™ maintenance ends automatically once the selected term expires. New maintenance orders can be placed at any time.
What services are included?
Depending on the system type, maintenance takes place at fixed, seasonally optimal times. This ensures energy efficiency, hygiene and high operational safety.

How long is my system covered?
With 48plus, you receive an extended all-round protection package. The standard 6-month warranty after installation can be extended to up to 48 months.
How do I keep track of my maintenance dates?
Your scheduled maintenance visits are automatically stored in your CAFM system. You can view the planned service month online at any time – no calls and no paperwork.
BIMcare™ considers maintenance as a continuous process: Our technicians check your system for wear or visible fault causes and provide a clear action plan. On request, we perform necessary repairs or replacements professionally, ensuring your warranty remains valid and the system operates reliably.
In short: You will receive access data after ordering BIMcare™ maintenance package.
Which costs are not included?
This is not an all-inclusive offer. Costs for repairs, travel, spare parts, consumables and required tools are usually provided by our Facility Manager or available via BIMpilot™, BIMdepot™ or BIMservice™.

BIMcare™ – Mobility, Tools & Consumables Required
All scheduled maintenance visits require a BIMdepot™ for tools, a mobility component, and the necessary consumable materials. Consumables must be booked by the customer prior to the visit; without them, the maintenance cannot be performed. Customers without on-site facility managers must select and order the required items from the material categories.
