We take care of your building's critical technical components – from structural fire protection to roof, window, and façade sealing, as well as drainage and wastewater systems. Our maintenance and inspection services ensure that potential damage is detected and addressed early – efficiently, cost-effectively, and with long-term preservation of building value.
How do I assemble essential building maintenance?
Without long-term commitment, this BIMcare™ service provides targeted inspections and maintenance for load-bearing, watertight, and safety-critical building elements. The process is clearly structured:
- Select contract duration
- Identify relevant building components
- Extend warranty with 48plus for critical elements
- Enter the number of selected components
The BIMcare™ maintenance service automatically ends at the expiry of the selected contract duration. Seasonal additional inspections are optional. New diagnostic or service requests can be made at any time. Service applies to buildings up to 1,000 m² and a maximum of 5 floors.

How do I get extended warranty for key building components?
With 48plus, you receive an extended maintenance package for critical building components. The standard 6-month warranty from installation can thus be extended up to 48 months.
How do I keep track of my maintenance dates?
Your scheduled maintenance visits are automatically stored in your CAFM system. You can view the planned service month online at any time – no calls and no paperwork.
BIMcare™ considers maintenance as a continuous process: Our technicians check your system for wear or visible fault causes and provide a clear action plan. On request, we perform necessary repairs or replacements professionally, ensuring your warranty remains valid and the system operates reliably.
In short: You will receive access data after ordering BIMcare™ maintenance package.
How do I configure the full supply chain?
Deployments ideally take place between May and October, planned Monday to Thursday (4-day week). This is not an all-inclusive package. Costs for repairs, travel, spare parts, consumables, and necessary tools are individually provided by our Facility Manager or covered via BIMpilot™, BIMdepot™, or BIMservice™.

BIMcare™ – Mobility, Tools & Consumables Required
All scheduled maintenance visits require a BIMdepot™ for tools, a mobility component, and the necessary consumable materials. Consumables must be booked by the customer before the visit; without them, the maintenance cannot be performed. Customers without on-site facility managers must select and order the required items from the material categories.
