Product information "BIMcare | Building Controls Maintenance"
With BIMcare™, you receive a modern, fully digital maintenance solution for your switchgear, field devices and digital controllers. You order flexibly online – without lengthy contracts, without binding clauses and without any need for signatures.
Why is a digital maintenance contract easier for me?
You avoid traditional maintenance agreements that are several pages long, require renewals and often include unexpected clauses. With BIMcare™, you simply select online:
- the desired contract duration,
- the equipment type,
- and the number of units.
That’s all. No binding contract, no hidden conditions, full transparency.
How do I place the order step by step?
- 1. Choose the duration from the dropdown (12, 24, 36, 48 or 48+ months).
- 2. Select the equipment type (e.g. switch cabinet, UPS, field devices).
- 3. Enter the number of units.
- 4. Add to cart and complete your order.
Note:
The price applies per unit. For switch cabinets, the price refers to a maximum width of 1000 mm.
What is included in the maintenance price – and what is not?
The price covers the scheduled maintenance of the selected units. Not included are:
- travel costs,
- spare parts,
- consumables,
- repairs outside of the maintenance scope.
These items are typically provided by your Facility Manager. In the future, optional bundled material packages will also be available.
How do I keep track of my maintenance dates?
Your scheduled maintenance visits are automatically stored in your CAFM system. You can view the planned service month online at any time – no calls and no paperwork.
BIMcare™ considers maintenance as a continuous process: Our technicians check your system for wear or visible fault causes and provide a clear action plan. On request, we perform necessary repairs or replacements professionally, ensuring your warranty remains valid and the system operates reliably.
In short: You will receive access data after ordering BIMcare™ maintenance package.
When does maintenance take place?
Regular maintenance ensures reliable operation. The optimal period for carrying out maintenance is between May and October.

BIMcare™ – Mobility, Tools & Consumables Required
All scheduled maintenance visits require a BIMdepot™ for tools, a mobility component, and the necessary consumable materials. Consumables must be booked by the customer before the visit; without them, the maintenance cannot be performed. Customers without on-site facility managers must select and order the required items from the material categories.
