Product information "Coolenvi™ AC Commissioning – 1 AT | 1×2h | 100 km travel"

The commissioning package includes the deployment of one technician from our service centre for a maximum of 2 hours. It includes one round trip for curbside delivery of the air conditioning units and a separate round trip on the following day for commissioning. Installation must be carried out by a licensed contractor appointed by the customer, who assumes warranty responsibility. Without proof of such contractor, delivery will not take place. We reserve the right to store the delivery subject to a 10% unit price charge.

Commissioning: Refrigerant line flaring, electrical connection, system evacuation, leak testing in accordance with applicable regulations and functional testing. Performed exclusively by us under this package.

Returns and withdrawal

As the air conditioning units are configured according to customer specifications, returns or refunds are excluded until proof of installation by a licensed contractor is provided. Delivery is suspended or stored at cost upon request. Withdrawal rights are excluded.

Customers are required to provide proof prior to delivery. Delivery and commissioning take place only after successful verification.

Emergency installation notice

In absolute emergencies, installation may be carried out by us at additional cost upon explicit order.

Commissioning is carried out exclusively by us in accordance with applicable regulations. Installation remains the responsibility of the licensed contractor.
