Delivery within the destination country or domestic transport at the destination is not included. The customer must collect the goods at the destination unless local transport has been booked. Freight is only transported from our warehouse on one route. Mobility at the destination, storage, parking, transfer, and accommodation costs are optional and must be borne and arranged by the customer. The total price depends on the selected options. This ensures repairs, maintenance and the organised deployment of specialists. External contracts with BIM-CAFM are monitored according to generally accepted technical standards. BIM Facility Management knows more than just mechanics, fire protection, construction technology, MSR or refrigeration technology. How BIM Facility Managers work with buildings? In general, every building needs a 3D model and, if necessary, it will be created for you. This is the basis for the climate-neutral concept for building management. Additionally, a digital platform for BIM-CAFM will be mandatory, which you can obtain through our BIM Manager. Where are maintenance contracts offered? This can be found under the category BIMcare™. Our OHS (Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator) supports you on-site or remotely – assessing risks, reviewing workflows, and creating tailored instructions for safe operations. Choosing the right deployment location Select the deployment location that best suits your project. Each location applies exclusively to on-site visits in the respective area. This selection does not cover purely remote creation of documents (e.g., HSE Plan, risk assessments, or updates thereof). Clarity and safety on construction sites Workplace safety is more than meeting formal requirements. Our HSE Coordinator brings structure, experience, and clear guidance to your team – on-site or digitally. Instead of abstract rules, you receive practical orientation that translates complex regulations into safe and efficient routines – for new builds, renovations, or maintenance. Every site visit or remote session increases transparency, reliability, and resilience. Safety becomes part of a culture that supports productivity and long-term success.
