Order conveniently online and pick up your order at our designated pickup locations – fast, easy, and contactless. Simply select your preferred location at checkout, and we’ll prepare your order for pickup.

 Standard Logistics

Our main warehouses are located in Germany, Denmark, and South Africa. Digital products and services are primarily delivered electronically. Physical shipments up to 31 kg are reliably handled via established logistics partners such as DHL, GLS, UPS, PostNord, or Courier Guy directly to you. Shipments over 31 kg and defined special goods are transported via our own logistics or specialized partners. Depending on location, these processes may be combined with air freight or external carriers to ensure efficient and timely delivery. This logistics concept is also ideal for returning recyclable small products.

 Express Logistics

For high-value or sensitive goods, we offer specialized express solutions. These require secure handling, direct transport routes, and appropriate insurance. For pickups, we allow a 10-minute window. Additional charges may apply if exceeded.

 Bulky Freight

Secure delivery of large and heavy items. We transport bulky goods and palletized products reliably to you – including air conditioners, equipment, appliances, air filter sets, or their rolls. Our logistics ensures proper handling, safe transport, and timely delivery directly to your location. This logistics concept is also ideal for returning recyclable large products such as split air conditioning units, heat pumps, ventilation equipment, and storage units.

 Air Freight – International

If a product is unavailable, we organize prioritized air freight to ensure fast delivery. Since air transport is not fully CO₂-neutral, we have integrated compensation mechanisms and support transparent sustainability projects.
