Defined items must be handled with the same care as our staff. To ensure this, we operate our fleet to deliver physical items and assigned services directly to your door. Depending on your location, this may be required or combined with our air freight to achieve our planned targets.

 Express Logistic - EBD

Yes, we trade in high-value items across various sectors. For example, LiFePo batteries and radioactive materials require specialized handling, fast and direct transportation, and comprehensive insurance. This logistics approach is also ideal for returning recyclable products to us or designated locations. For pickups, we allow a 10-minute time frame at the customer’s door. If collection takes longer, additional charges may apply. In most cases, you won’t need to worry about choosing the right shipping method—we automate the decision based on the items ordered.

Need something that’s missing in your country? If an item is out of stock, we prioritize swift air freight to ensure timely arrivals of goods, services, or information. While air transport isn’t typically CO₂-neutral, we’ve integrated a compensation fee and transparently support sustainability projects, which we showcase annually.
