Efficient Air System Maintenance

Book exactly the maintenance you need – no hidden clauses or unnecessary paperwork. Our technicians work from a clear checklist, reliably, digitally, and carbon-neutrally. Repair quotes and optional trade services complete the offering:

  1. Select contract duration
  2. Specify number of units
  3. Optional equipment warranty extension

The maintenance contract automatically ends after the chosen duration. New orders can be placed anytime, either by you or our Facility Manager.

Warranty for Added Security

Our standard warranty is 6 months from installation. With 36plus or 48plus, coverage can be extended up to 48 months – ensuring worry-free operation of your air systems.


Plan Operational Deployments Effectively

Deployments are ideally scheduled between May and October, Monday to Thursday (4 days per week). This is not an all-inclusive offer. Costs for repairs, travel, spare parts, consumables, and tools are usually provided by our Facility Manager or available via BIMpilot™, BIMdepot™, or BIMservice™.
