Accordingly, the handling, installation and commissioning of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment must support national and international climate protection objectives, including the responsible use, containment and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
To ensure operational safety, environmental compliance and the validity of warranty claims, installation must be carried out by a competent service provider holding the required qualifications, certifications and authorisations under South African law.
