The commissioning package includes the deployment of one technician from our service centre for a maximum of 2 hours. It includes one round trip for curbside delivery of the air conditioning units and a separate round trip on the following day for commissioning. Installation must be carried out by a licensed contractor appointed by the customer, who assumes warranty responsibility. Without proof of such contractor, delivery will not take place. We reserve the right to store the delivery subject to a 10% unit price charge. Emergency installation notice In absolute emergencies, installation may be carried out by us at additional cost upon explicit order.
