Zinc Spray Perfect provides outstanding long-term corrosion protection and an optimal metallic surface finish.

The zinc-containing formulation offers active cathodic protection. If the coating is damaged, the zinc layer acts as a sacrificial anode, effectively protecting the metal from corrosion.

Touch-dry after approx. 15–20 minutes
Spot-weldable
AOX-free
Cross-cut test: GT 0–1 (DIN 53151)
Salt spray resistance (DIN 50021): up to 500 hours
Heat resistance: up to 400 °C (colour change possible)
Shelf life: storage at 10–25 °C

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use on bare iron and steel surfaces. Not suitable as a primer for PU, MS polymer or hybrid sealants.
