What is included in the maintenance?
Maintenance is scheduled at season-appropriate times depending on the equipment type. This ensures energy efficiency, hygiene and strong operational reliability.

How long is my equipment covered?
With 48plus, you receive extended comprehensive cover. The standard 6-month warranty after installation can be extended up to 48 months.
When will the service take place?
Ideally between November and April, with a fixed schedule from Monday to Thursday (4-day week).
Which costs are not included?
This is not an all-inclusive offer. Costs for repairs, travel, spare parts, consumables and tools are typically provided by our Facility Manager or available through BIMpilot™, BIMdepot™ or BIMservice™.

BIMcare™ – Mobility, Tools & Consumables Required
All scheduled maintenance visits require a BIMdepot™ for tools, a mobility component, and the necessary consumable materials. Consumables must be booked by the customer prior to the visit; without them, the maintenance cannot be performed. Customers without on-site facility managers must select and order the required items from the material categories.
