The booking covers scheduled maintenance of the selected units. Not included:

These are usually provided by your facility manager. Optional bundles will be available in the future.
How do I keep track of my maintenance appointments?
All scheduled work is automatically recorded in your CAFM system. You can view the planned maintenance month online at any time – no queries, no paperwork.
When does maintenance take place?
Regular maintenance ensures trouble-free operation. Ideally performed between May and October.

Germ and Bacteria Analysis
Most bacteria grow as red colonies on TTC agar – occasionally fungi and yeasts also grow. Colorless colonies are also included in the analysis. The decisive factor is the colony-forming units (CFU), not their size. If the bacterial count is high, the coating may appear uniformly colored or colorless if there is a high level of growth. Comparison with a fresh medium helps avoid misinterpretations.
Guideline values:
<104 CFU/ml = low contamination
104 – 106 CFU/ml = moderate
>106 CFU/ml = high, unacceptable
