With BIMcare™, you gain a modern, fully digital maintenance solution for your switchgear, field devices and digital controllers. Ordering is quick and flexible – no lengthy contracts, no binding terms and no signature processes required.
Why is a digital maintenance contract easier for me?
You avoid traditional maintenance agreements that are long, need renewals and often contain unexpected clauses. With BIMcare™, you simply choose online:
- your preferred duration,
- the applicable equipment type,
- and the number of units.
That’s all. No contract lock-in, no hidden terms, complete transparency.
How do I order step by step?
- 1. Select the duration in the dropdown (12, 24, 36, 48 or 48+ months).
- 2. Choose the equipment type (e.g., switch cabinet, UPS, field devices).
- 3. Enter the number of units.
- 4. Add to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Note:
Pricing applies per unit. For switch cabinets, pricing refers to a maximum width of 1000 mm.
What is included in the maintenance price – and what is not?
The price includes the scheduled maintenance of the selected units. Not included:
- travel costs,
- spare parts,
- consumables,
- repairs not part of planned maintenance.
These items are typically handled by your Facility Manager. Future bundle options for materials and spare parts will also be available.
How do I keep track of maintenance dates?
Your planned maintenance visits are automatically recorded in your CAFM system. You can view the scheduled service month online at any time – no follow-ups, no paperwork.
When does maintenance take place?
Regular maintenance ensures smooth operation. The optimal period is between November and April.

What warranty do I have on the technology?
The standard warranty on installed control technology is 6 months. With 48plus™, this can be extended to 48 months.
How do I plan materials and spare parts?
Materials and spare parts are typically arranged by your Facility Manager. Alternatively, you may use our platforms BIMpilot™, BIMdepot™ and BIMservice™. Complete bundled packages will also be introduced in the future.

BIMcare™ – Mobility, Tools & Consumables Required
All scheduled maintenance visits require a BIMdepot™ for tools, a mobility component, and the necessary consumable materials. Consumables must be booked by the customer prior to the visit; without them, the maintenance cannot be performed. Customers without on-site facility managers must select and order the required items from the material categories.

Scheduled maintenance covers standard inspections. Any non-functional appliance requires BIMservice™ with the correct spare parts from BIMdepot™. Customers without on-site facility managers can select the necessary items from the categories.
