1. Application Explanation
Are work environments business premises?
No. Even our business premises are exclusively our registered headquarters. All project-related locations can be coordinated within your work environment. Work results are always provided from there.
How can I provide a work environment?
The work environment can generally be provided by the client at any time. It is mainly used for coordination or limited periods.
Which booking enables on-site operations?
For on-site operations please book:
- Service package
- Travel package
- Additional package
When are on-site operations part of the contract?
This application is part of the contract regardless of consent. Order confirmations include details on on-site operations.
What data security is provided?
IT, data and security standards are defined in the base contract. Fatigue-free operations are generally supported.

3. Workspace
IT workplaces require a glare-free and fatigue-reducing environment:
- Mobile, single or double office
- Operating instructions for visitors incl. hygiene measures
- Winter: approx. +21°C
- Summer: max. +25°C
- Glare-free daylight with shading
- Minimum 3 sockets per desk
- Privacy and data protection (e.g. screen protection)
4. Lighting
Recommended lighting: approx. 500 lux, indirect and glare-free lighting required.
5. Ergonomics
- Ergonomic workplace setup
- High-quality seating
- Armrests
6. IT / Telecom / Data
Stable internet connection required for communication and conferencing.
- Router with firewall recommended
- LTE or fibre preferred
- Open ports: https, http, ftp, voip
- Static IPs for PC, phone, NAS
7. Print & Scan
A network-enabled A4/A3 printer with scan function is required.
8. Parking
Minimum dimensions: H 2 m / W 2.1 m / L 5.5 m. EV charging may be required.
