Maintenance is scheduled at season-appropriate times depending on the equipment type. This ensures energy efficiency, hygiene and strong operational reliability.

How long is my equipment covered?
With 48plus, you receive extended comprehensive cover. The standard 6-month warranty after installation can be extended up to 48 months.
When will the service take place?
Ideally between November and April, with a fixed schedule from Monday to Thursday (4-day week).
Which costs are not included?
This is not an all-inclusive offer. Costs for repairs, travel, spare parts, consumables and tools are typically provided by our Facility Manager or available through BIMpilot™, BIMdepot™ or BIMservice™.

All scheduled maintenance visits require a BIMdepot™ for tools, a mobility component, and the necessary consumable materials. Consumables must be booked by the customer prior to the visit; without them, the maintenance cannot be performed. BIMdepot contact and swab sampling set for surface analysis professionals: Includes 5 round agar plates in Petri dishes and 5 swabs for surface sampling – ideal for air filters, condensate trays, interior walls, air-handling components, food areas, or refrigeration units. Sample evaluation and report generation (e.g. according to VDI 6022, HACCP, or GMP) are not included and are the responsibility of the user. Swabs are recommended for hard-to-reach or uneven surfaces.

Microbial and bacterial analysis
On TTC agar, most bacteria grow as red colonies – some fungi and yeasts may also appear. Colorless colonies are also counted. The key factor is Colony Forming Units (CFU), not colony size. At high contamination levels, the surface may appear uniformly colored or colorless due to heavy growth. Comparison with a fresh medium helps avoid misinterpretation.
Reference values:
< 10⁴ CFU/ml = low contamination
10⁴ – 10⁶ CFU/ml = moderate contamination
> 10⁶ CFU/ml = high, unacceptable contamination

Please note that, for logistical reasons, these leasing items cannot be shipped by air freight. If you are located on an island or abroad, please check the shipping method and equipment availability in advance to avoid delays. What we do not transport
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport the following goods:
Animals of any kind
Chilled or frozen goods
Hazardous or legally prohibited goods
Batteries (e.g. LiFePO4) or other lithium batteries in large quantities
Liquids exceeding permitted air transport limits
Gases, pressure containers, or compressed substances
Explosive, flammable, or chemically aggressive substances
Other goods prohibited under international aviation or safety regulations
Customer notice: Pickup at destination
Our service exclusively includes, depending on the option, national or international air transport. Delivery within the destination country or domestic transport at the destination is not included. The customer must collect the goods at the destination unless local transport has been booked. Freight is only transported from our warehouse on one route. Mobility at the destination, storage, parking, transfer, and accommodation costs are optional and must be borne and arranged by the customer. The total price depends on the selected options.
