Uniform air distribution ensures a constant temperature without restricting valuable usable space.

El paquete de puesta en marcha incluye la intervención de un técnico desde nuestro centro de servicio por un máximo de 2 horas. Incluye un único viaje de ida y vuelta para la entrega de los equipos hasta la acera y un desplazamiento separado al día siguiente para la puesta en marcha. La instalación del aire acondicionado debe ser realizada por una empresa autorizada y acreditada por el cliente, que asume la garantía. Sin dicha acreditación no se realizará la entrega. Nos reservamos el derecho de almacenar el equipo aplicando el 10 % del precio del aparato.

Devolución y desistimiento
Al tratarse de equipos configurados a petición del cliente, no se aceptan devoluciones ni reembolsos mientras no se presente la acreditación de instalación por empresa autorizada. La entrega se suspende o se almacena con coste. El derecho de desistimiento según § 355 BGB queda excluido.
El cliente debe presentar la acreditación antes de la entrega. La entrega y puesta en marcha solo se realizan tras la verificación.
Nota sobre montaje de emergencia
En caso de emergencia absoluta, la instalación puede realizarse por nosotros con coste adicional y previa solicitud expresa.
La puesta en marcha se realiza exclusivamente por nuestros técnicos conforme al Reglamento (UE) 2024/573. La instalación sigue siendo responsabilidad de la empresa autorizada.
