Their extensive practical experience brings with it outstanding expertise. Sampling and risk assessment: Our inspectors conduct surface sampling using contact or swab samples. The informative laboratory analysis provides information about microbiological or chemical parameters and serves as a risk assessment for operators. Documentation and recurring inspections: The inspectors determine sampling points and document them on inventory plans. They also prepare recommendations for action and risk assessments for operators through regularly recurring sampling. Visual inspection and testing of external work environments: A comprehensive visual inspection and the testing of external workplace environments round out the range of services offered by our inspectors. With our experienced hygiene inspectors, you can ensure hygiene safety and health in your company. Are maintenance contracts necessary? How BIM Facility Managers work with buildings In general, every building needs a 3D model and, if necessary, it will be created for you. This is the basis for the climate-neutral concept for building management. Additionally, a digital platform for BIM-CAFM will be mandatory, which you can obtain through our BIM Manager. Delivery within the destination country or domestic transport at the destination is not included. The customer must collect the goods at the destination unless local transport has been booked. Freight is only transported from our warehouse on one route. Mobility at the destination, storage, parking, transfer, and accommodation costs are optional and must be borne and arranged by the customer. The total price depends on the selected options. The construction technology error analysis We inspect, measure, endoscope, dismantle, walk around and find the best way to locate the causes and develop well-founded technical action plans. We are aware that not everything can be done within a few hours, but a structured and precise damage analysis lays the foundation for a sustainable solution. The advantage of our BIM facility management If you use our facility management continuously or as part of BIMcare™ maintenance, we will reimburse 50% of the costs of a fault diagnosis, provided that the resulting repair offers are commissioned or BIMcare™ and facility management are subsequently continued for at least 12 months without interruption.
