This commissioning package is primarily intended for air conditioning systems purchased from Coolenvi. It includes the services of one technician from our service centre for a maximum of 2 hours. The package includes one delivery trip to the curbside and a separate return visit on the following day for commissioning. The installation of the air conditioning system must be carried out by a licensed professional contractor appointed by you, who also assumes responsibility for the installation warranty. Without proof of such a contractor, we cannot deliver the air conditioning system or carry out the commissioning. In this case, we reserve the right to postpone delivery and place the equipment into storage, subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. Did you purchase your air conditioning system from another supplier? Commissioning is still possible. The system must be fully installed, comply with the manufacturer's installation requirements, and the installation must have been completed by a licensed professional contractor. Before confirming an appointment, we will review the installation based on the documents and photographs you provide. These works are carried out exclusively by our technician.
