We look after drinking water systems, hygienic flushing equipment and sampling services. All inspections and maintenance are carried out without lengthy or complex contracts.

Why must drinking water systems be serviced regularly?

Access to safe drinking water is essential. Just like a vehicle, every system requires routine checks. We take over the legal operator duties for businesses and property owners. Our climate-neutral service ensures efficient performance and full compliance. Tenants also benefit from fair and predictable costs for mandatory sampling.

Quality-assured maintenance for up to 3 sampling points

How long is my installation protected?

Each installation includes a 6-month warranty. With 48plus, you can extend it up to 48 months.

When is maintenance carried out?

Preferably between May and October, Monday to Thursday.

Which costs are excluded?

This is not a full-service package. Repairs, travel, spare parts, sampling material, lab analysis, consumables and working materials are supplied separately by our facility manager or through BIMpilot™, BIMdepot™ or BIMservice™.
