BIMcare | Inspection & Building Value Protection

Product information "BIMcare | Inspection & Building Value Protection"

We take care of the critical components of your building – from technical fire protection to roof and facade sealing, as well as drainage and wastewater systems. Our maintenance and inspection services ensure minor issues are detected and resolved early – efficiently, cost-effectively, and to preserve your building’s long-term value.

Essential Building Maintenance

Without long-term commitments, this service provides targeted inspections and maintenance for load-bearing, sealed, and safety-critical building components. Here’s how it works in practice:

  1. Select contract duration
  2. Choose specific building components
  3. Extend warranty for critical elements

The maintenance service automatically ends after the chosen contract period. Seasonal inspections are optional, and new diagnostic or service requests can be made at any time. This contract covers buildings up to 1,000 m² and up to 5 floors.

BIM Facility Manager
BIM Facility Manager
Weekly model: 4 days/week | Work Location: Remote
The modern BIM Facility Manager, like a "caretaker", ensures environmentally friendly operation of the building and technology. The advantages with BIM Facility Manager Technology and buildings are organized economically, including operator obligations. This ensures repairs, maintenance and the organized deployment of specialists. External contracts with BIM-CAFM are monitored according to generally accepted technical standards. BIM Facility Management knows more than just mechanics, fire protection, construction technology, MSR or refrigeration technology. How BIM Facility Managers work with buildings In general, every building needs a 3D model and, if necessary, it will be created for you. This is the basis for the climate-neutral concept for building management. Additionally, a digital platform for BIM-CAFM will be mandatory, which you can obtain through our BIM Manager. Where maintenance contracts are offered This can be found under the category BIMcare™. Always fully configure supply chains The best is a 4 days / week from Monday to Thursday. This is not an all-in, travel costs and work equipment are not included which you may find under the catgeories BIMpilot™ or BIMphases™.

BIM Manager - Operative
BIM Manager - Operative
Weekly model: 4 days/week | Work Location: Remote
The digital project manager is practical and works remotely. Buildings are increasingly being operated in a climate-neutral way as a result. The BIM Manager opens up new horizons BIM management is an unknown field for many. It is by no means just about software, because practical experience is essential. Instead of just being able to see dotted lines on the screen, our BIM Manager has a profound understanding of all the trades involved. The whole thing is comparable to video conferences with a mirror image of the building. But there are no remote activities. However, we are preparing for on-site operations along the supply chain and buildings are operated much more economically, promptly and sustainably. Always configure supply chains completely Ideally a 4-day week from Monday to Thursday. This is not an all-inclusive package, travel costs and work materials are not included and can be found under BIMpilot or BIMphase.
