We maintain the core technical components of your building, covering structural fire protection, roof, window and façade sealing, and both drainage and wastewater systems. Our maintenance and inspection services ensure early identification and resolution of potential damage – efficient, cost-saving and designed to protect your building’s long-term value.

How do I assemble essential building maintenance?

This BIMcare™ service provides targeted inspections and maintenance for load-bearing, sealed and safety-critical structural elements, without any long-term commitment. The steps are straightforward:

Select the contract period
Identify the relevant building components
Extend warranty with 48plus for critical elements
Enter the number of selected components

The BIMcare™ service automatically ends once the selected contract period expires. Optional seasonal inspections are available. Additional diagnostics or service requests may be submitted at any time. Coverage applies to buildings up to 1,000 m² and a maximum of 5 floors.

How do I get extended warranty for key structural components?

With 48plus, you receive an enhanced maintenance package for critical building elements. The standard 6-month installation warranty can be extended to up to 48 months.

How do I configure a complete supply chain?

Work is ideally carried out between May and October and scheduled from Monday to Thursday (4-day week). This is not an all-inclusive offering. Costs for repairs, travel, spare parts, consumables and required tools are provided individually by our Facility Manager or handled via BIMpilot™, BIMdepot™ or BIMservice™.
