Depending on the size of your systems and buildings or the scope of the maintenance contracts, BIMcare™ can be used flexibly: holistically with our BIM Facility Manager or modularly as a standalone solution for building operators, tenants and companies. Our BIM Facility Manager can take over the coordination of maintenance and services in defined categories if required - with or without a 3D model. If BIM Facility Management is of interest to you, our BIM Managers create digital building and facility data and set up a central platform that ensures greater transparency and efficiency in your building operations.
