Il pacchetto di messa in servizio comprende l’intervento di un tecnico dal nostro centro assistenza per un massimo di 2 ore. Include un unico viaggio di andata e ritorno per la consegna dei climatizzatori fino al bordo strada e un viaggio separato il giorno successivo per la messa in servizio. L’installazione del climatizzatore deve essere effettuata da un installatore abilitato e certificato indicato dal cliente, che assume anche la responsabilità della garanzia. In assenza di tale prova, la consegna non avverrà. Ci riserviamo il diritto di stoccare la merce applicando il 10% del prezzo dell’unità. La consegna viene sospesa o stoccata a pagamento. Il diritto di recesso ai sensi del § 355 BGB è escluso. Il cliente è tenuto a fornire la prova prima della consegna. Solo dopo la verifica avvengono consegna e messa in servizio. Nota su installazione di emergenza In caso di emergenza assoluta, l’installazione può essere eseguita da noi con supplemento e solo su richiesta esplicita. La messa in servizio è effettuata esclusivamente dai nostri tecnici secondo il Regolamento UE (UE) 2024/573. L’installazione resta responsabilità dell’installatore certificato.
