Product information "Coolenvi™ SDI-System Ducted Unit – 5.0/5.6 kW A+ Heat Pump"
The discreet and highly flexible solution for all applications where optimal air distribution is required. Combine this system with air ducts and standard air outlets or in combination with our textile duct systems, allowing completely draught-free air supply even with ceiling heights of only 2.5 m.
Technically, the units are suitable for air conditioning applications in offices, call centers, production facilities and retail spaces, as well as for technical rooms or for targeted cooling of machines or products. Thanks to the air distribution options, this system provides a basis for year-round temperature control through heating or cooling of residential and commercial buildings.

Indoor and outdoor unit
The sizes 1101 & 1401 are also compatible with our ventilation systems, enabling perfect supply air distribution via the duct network of the ducted air conditioning unit. Fresh air shares of up to 20% of the total air volume of the ducted unit can be supplied (equivalent to approx. 324 or 396 m³/h). Higher supply air volumes can be supplied to the room autonomously via an optional supply air duct system, taking into account the cooling or heating capacity (additional air conditioning unit).

The installation package includes the deployment of a two-person service team for a full working day, as well as a single round trip from our service hub. It provides a clearly defined, professional solution for the installation of your air conditioning system.
Scope of Services
Working time: Total 16 hours of team effort (2 technicians)
Travel: up to 60 km (one way)
Material delivery: ordered units, components, installation sets delivered curbside
Installation: indoor and outdoor units including piping
System check: pressure test, vacuum, leak test, and functional run
Commissioning: complete documented handover in operational condition
Instruction: operation, basic functions, and maintenance guidance
Additional services to be ordered separately
Electrical connection (fuse connection, RCD/MCB, repair switch)
Additional kilometers beyond 60 km
Overnight costs for longer distances or multi-day assignments
Special work (core drilling, wall penetrations, pipe adjustments)
Condensate pump, funnel siphon, or connection to existing lines
Connection or integration with Wifi or KNX
Provision of scaffolding from 2 m working height, crane transport, lifts
Provision of special tools and equipment for dismantling
Construction and follow-up work: masonry, painting, roofing, and similar trades
This ensures a structured, efficient, and professional installation with a clearly defined scope of services. Installation is carried out according to ChemKlimaschutzV, EU 573/2024 and only by certified personnel or HVAC specialists.
