The BIMcare™ Consumables Package for a Combined Supply and Exhaust Air Unit is an optional addition to BIMcare™ maintenance. It provides predictable costs, audit-proof documentation, and supports compliance with operator obligations for your ventilation systems. Objective Ensure hygienic and cost-efficient operation of ventilation systems through the use of approved consumables according to VDI 6022. Included Materials Disposable face masks, gloves, protective clothing All-purpose cleaners, disinfectants for heat exchangers and surfaces Cleaning cloths (disposable and reusable), sponges, drying cloths, trash bags Brushes, lamella combs, vacuum bags according to VDI 6022 Marking, sealing, and labeling materials for maintenance points Not Included Special air filters or standard filters for multi-stage systems Drive belts Extensive mold removal or hygiene/special measures External lab costs or special sampling/testing materials, additional personnel Delivery only in conjunction with BIMcare maintenance.
