BIMcare™ considers maintenance as a continuous process: Our technicians check your system for wear or visible fault causes and provide a clear action plan. On request, we perform necessary repairs or replacements professionally, ensuring your warranty remains valid and the system operates reliably. Costs for repairs, travel, spare parts, consumables and required tools are usually provided by our Facility Manager or available via BIMconnect™, BIMpilot™, BIMdepot™ or BIMservice™.

With the 48plus package, you extend the standard warranty of your Coolenvi-purchased unit from 6 to 48 months – including complete documentation of the optional BIMcare™ maintenance services. If it is determined on site that the unit was not purchased from Coolenvi, the appointment can, upon request, be carried out as a one-time BIMcare™ maintenance service under the applicable BIMcare™ terms. In this case, any further maintenance services under 48plus are not part of the agreement. Any inspection, assessment and travel services already performed will be charged accordingly. What is not covered by 48plus? The following types of damage are excluded if they occur outside normal system operation or as a result of external influences. Examples include: Storm and weather damage, lightning strikes, power surges or fluctuations in the electrical supply Damage resulting from missing or incomplete maintenance or missing chemical protection documentation Repairs, modifications or other work carried out by third parties without authorization Physical damage caused by persons, vehicles or other external impacts System overload caused by permanently open doors or windows, incorrect climate settings or unusually high heating or cooling loads Units not covered by an active 48plus package in combination with a BIMcare™ maintenance package.
