How BIM-Care supports your building operations

BIM-Care combines digital building management with operational support on site. The BIM Facility Manager takes over the technical coordination, maintenance and control of external companies, while the BIM Manager is responsible for digital planning, project management and contract management. By using 3D models, CAFM, technical data and BIM design, the facility manager receives the necessary tools to make building operations efficient and sustainable.

If defects are discovered during maintenance or service, BIM-Care also provides structured aftercare: repair offers, recommendations for action and budget approvals can either be coordinated by the facility manager or controlled directly by the client. This means your building will always remain in optimal condition without you having to worry about every detail. With BIM-Care, modern building management becomes transparent, economical and sustainable - without long-term commitments.

The modern BIM Facility Manager, like a "caretaker", ensures environmentally friendly operation of the building and technology. The advantages with BIM Facility Manager Technology and buildings are organized economically, including operator obligations. This ensures repairs, maintenance and the organized deployment of specialists. External contracts with BIM-CAFM are monitored according to generally accepted technical standards. BIM Facility Management knows more than just mechanics, fire protection, construction technology, MSR or refrigeration technology. How BIM Facility Managers work with buildings In general, every building needs a 3D model and, if necessary, it will be created for you. This is the basis for the climate-neutral concept for building management. Additionally, a digital platform for BIM-CAFM will be mandatory, which you can obtain through our BIM Manager.
